      Crazy management: initially they preach great openness and trust, but as soon as you’re no longer suitable for them, you’re out, with no chance to communicate. Madness that such companies still exist in 2025

      Pros

      One of the best companies I've worked so far: - Average salary - Excellent team - No Micromanagement - Remote 100% - objectives oriented - Can invest time on investigations that benefit the company - Huge learning opportunities on the techs I like. I have also recommended a friend to work here and he was taken :D

      Not sure, maybe salary can improve to be even harder to think on leaving them?
