Some coworkers were nice and helpful.
Cons
There are serious behavioural and qualification issues in management. They provide 180-degree opposite feedback at every meeting. There are no rational strategies for business. There is no company code; if a customer reaches out to management, they break the rules and code. Salaries and raises are lower than their competitors.
