      Pros

      You get to do a meet and greet with the client. You are valued as an employee and offered a variety of assignments. Involved Nursing team, helpful and available when I need them.

      Nursing team is supportive and available Many different assignments to choose Scheduler works with you on the best hours to fit my availability

      Close to home in Ripley and most staff are very friendly. I love the residents, both young and elderly.

      Cons

      Poor training , training is too rushed. Especially for the nurses.
