Pros

Do you want to give your blood sweat and tears to a company only to get demoted? Do you want to watch inept employees get promoted to leadership positions? Do you want to be asked to use your own funds to make work purchase because this million dollar company doesn't have a company credit card? If you answered yes to any of the above questions then electric insurance is for you!

Cons

I hope you have a good sense of humor, because once you stop laughing, you cry. Rampant, mind-boggling, formidable incompetence and nonsensical decisions made at the top. Upper management is rude and oblivious like you wouldn't believe. Leadership exhibits an insanely bloated and unearned superiority complex while the ship is sinking. Everything the staff does is to help the business, yet upper management operates on paranoia, believing everyone is planning sabotage. Scapegoating and personal attacks are frequent. Upper management will actually tell you to your face that your time is not as valuable as theirs. The same problems arise every single day no matter how many times these problems, their consequences, and pleas for them to be addressed are brought to management's attention. It's enough to make you feel insane. Upper management's completely absent grasp on reality will make you question your own. Low office morale gets further crushed into the ground every day, then staff is not only never thanked for the near-miracles they are able to pull off, but they are blamed for negativity/bad attitudes. Gossip abounds. Turnover rate will make your head spin. Every single member of upper management is unable to keep on top of their own deadlines or speak to people as equals, and several individuals should've been phased out a long time ago. I can live the rest of my life content in knowing that I'll never work for people like this again. Working conditions? Don't try to go to the bathroom unless you want to get berated from a team lead. Nobody is treated well here, and if you have any ethics at all get ready to give them up

Pros

Co-workers non management are great cause they face the same issues... low pay and overbearing micro management

Cons

Liars... Management lies constantly Just look at the 5 star posts... I'd be wiulling to bet they are posted at the request of management by HR... just look at every time there is a negative review... for the past year each one is followed by a suspect 5 star glowing bs review. Advice don't work there no career growth and management is out to get you. roughly 20% of people who do get hired get fired within 6 months. 70% will leave within 1 year and 10% will stay and languish in misery and low pay.

Pros

The only benefit is a short commute.

Cons

- Their leadership team leads by intimidation and fear tactics. - The leadership team also inflates their numbers to give the illusion of success. - Leadership rewards unethical business practices if it means you get a sale creating a hostile and demoralizing work environment.
