Electric Miles is a growing but ambitious team that punches well above its weight. The company has achieved impressive results with limited resources, showing a real start-up spirit. There’s a lot of exposure to different areas of the business, so you end up learning fast and picking up skills you wouldn’t in a larger, siloed organisation. The culture is supportive, the team is friendly, and you get the sense that you’re building something meaningful in the EV and energy space.
Cons
Like many fast-growing start-ups, things can feel a bit unstructured at times, and priorities shift quickly. Processes are still evolving and sometimes resources feel stretched. This can be challenging if you prefer a very stable, corporate environment.
