Easy way to make extra money once you get the hang of it, lots of backpackers coming through the place so easy to socialise.
Cons
Management is incompetent and likes to change the goal posts and blame sales agents for crappy marketing. Can be hard to make sales when marketing is handled by a guy who should stick to finance.
