      Pros

      Good technical staff, who are generally self motivated. Strong focos on QA due to industry needs, and overall doing a good job in this area.

      Cons

      Owner operated firm, with owner being a toxic bully. Creates aweful "fear" culture. States wants to move to "develope and nurture" culture but reality is can't move past his own fears/paranoia and continues to stick with "hire and fire at my own will" culture. AWEFUL, stay away from here at all costs.

      Contemporary building with nice artwork decorations, easy access by public transportation

      Cons

      Toxic company culture. Many talented and engaged people left the company, due to never-ending change management initiated by the owner. Non-existent employee career development.

      The Nyon based company has a nice building in a nice environment, interesting R&D activities, some friendly colleagues, valuable dental and medical devices.

      Cons

      Get rid of employees periodically, poor consideration for engaged people, bad project management, heavy working atmosphere, bad communication, no parking place.
