Cons
Poor management and delayed salaries. No job security; mostly hires family members. Interns do most of the work for free, with no senior staff to guide them. Interns are often exploited, even tasked with making tea for the office. CEO lacks business skills, taking on projects they can’t finish, wasting clients’ time.
