Pros
The benefits were reasonable, and I had a very positive experience working with my peers and the broader team. The collaborative culture was strong, and while some processes were not the best/ ideal, the team remained open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Cons
The organization has a strong top-down culture, with significant emphasis on hierarchy and global direction. While this may create consistency across markets, it can also make employees hesitant to share honest feedback or challenge decisions. In my experience, there was limited openness to alternative views, and recognition from management could have been stronger. As a result, some employees may choose not to speak up in order to maintain job security, which can limit transparency.
