Salary - Procurement Element Solutions (FL) Employee Review

Great company to work for with a lot of chance of movement. Element Solutions is constantly acquiring allowing for chances to move around.

Integration within the company itself is not that great. Feels like many small companies rather than 1 large company.

Great colleagues across the company. Some truly great, talented, intelligent, cooperative, nice people work at Element Solutions (ES). Company is successful and makes money. Management bonus is competitive if company does well.

The work pressure is daily, unrlenting and constant. ES continues to acquire companies at a fast pace which stresses already maxxed out resources even more. High employee turnover due to previously mentioned environment which adds to low morale. Global positions require regularly working at odd hours to accommodate European and Asia Pacific time zones. I had to regularly put time in on weekends to keep pace. Relatively sub par compensation and benefits compared to other companies I've worked for. 401K plan is inferior to begin with but also requires full 3 years of employment before you are fully vested and can "earn" the company match. Every other company I've worked for offered 100% vesting upon the first day on the job.
