Pros
Takes care of employees the way a big company should (but doesn't). Impressive number of contracts for a small company. Better managed and organized than larger companies while providing better pay, better benefits, and still keeping costs down.
Cons
Most jobs require a clearance.

Pros
They pay well and have great benefits. Everyone I've met so far has been really nice. My boss seems to care about my career and seems to look out for me.
Cons
Mostly just the normal downsides of working for a small company. My last company was huge, so when it comes to being placed somewhere, it seemed like there were limitless possibilities. Overall, definitely worth the trade-off though.
