Niche problem space; ample exposure to legacy technology; full telecommute; sufficient interaction with individuals whose self-esteem defines any actual merit will allow you to hone your professionalism
Cons
Micromanagement brought to a new level; if you are not in the clique, brace for demeaning and humiliating treatment; leadership on all levels is completely unwilling to consider any idea not their own (unless you are in the clique, of course); more oft than not, your idea will become their idea with no recognition returned, in fact, you'll be brow beat for not having had the thought for which they took credit
