Pros
The people are great, outside of upper management. They really work well together and want each other to succeed.
Cons
If you have any interaction with upper management, expect lazy responses. Employees don't generally stick around for the longest time, and neither do clients. Change is abundant in the IT space, but they make really unnecessary changes constantly.
