None that I can think of

Flexibility, Decent pay, good peers, decent clients, and open communication from upper management. Documentation for clients is top notch.

Documentation for employees is lacking for job training. If you are going for Service Desk, this is covered well. Other positions seem to be still building what is expected and developing a training plan to achieve success.
