      Pros

      Many great people swimming against the cultural disfunction

      Cons

      This place has been the worst place to work in this industry for 20 years. The few employees that last longer than a year or so are the kind of people you don't want on your team. Your reputation will suffer from working here.

      Pros

      The people are nice and look out for you when life goes south.

      Cons

      Upper Management only looks out for themselves. They overload you with work and say they are on your side until issues arise and then you're thrown under the bus. They do not have a grasp on what is going on at all anywhere and just want to make money and don't care what they have to do to get it. People will leave and they won't hire someone new they will just push the work onto the people still there. Avoid.
