flexible work schedule, good networking opportunities
Cons
difficult to utilize PTO policy, hostile work environment, chasing clients down for payment without any repercussions to them not paying on time, CEO yells at employees regularly, CEO unwilling to streamline processes set in place a decade ago, every employee is expected to work outside of their employment agreement (scope creep!)
