Pros

Remote and paid training are the only good things.

Cons

Lack of communication even though all they say is "Communicate, communicate, communicate". They don't respond to emails often. They communicate over slack and tend to erase messages. Unjustified dismissals. Don't give feedback on faults. Don't have a specific schedule, basically take all your day (8am to 12:30am) for meetings, training, and homework. During the training (4 weeks process) they dismiss you without justification. Dismissal based on personality and participation. Late pay! Monthly pays. They don't provide with equipment, so you pc/laptop is at full disposal for them. Time tracking platform (hubstaff) with screenshots. Keyboard and mouse monitoring (hubstaff). Are very strict in was equipment they want you to use but the salary doesn't compensate. No benefits or legal compensations. Only 5 PTO and AFTER 90 days you have been placed with a client. Management is very unorganized, secretive, passive-agresive and dishonest. After training you have wait from about 2 weeks up to a month to be placed with a client, in the mean time, you don't get paid.

Pros

It’s a job, its easy money

Cons

1_ You can’t grow professionally since it’s just a start up which CEO is just an American who contacts Latin people to work for them 2_ It can be a call center job 3_ You don’t learn anything useful for real life. The tools you are to use are too specific 4_ Salary is 720USD which they don’t pay in USD, they use crypto currency and don’t use USDT, they use another coin 5_ If you are sick, be ready to work more in order to compliance the hours you were sick (in a real job, you can have the day off and rest!) 6_ They monitor you with an app that takes screenshots and monitors your keyboard and mouse activity 7_ Use it just as an experience to jump to another job! Don’t waste more than a year. Don’t waste your life here. You don’t see yourself retired from this job

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely appreciate your input and would like to address the concerns you've raised: 1. Professional Growth and Diversity: Our company, though based in the United States, prides itself on having a multidisciplinary team from numerous countries. We aim to open our opportunities to talented individuals from all over the world, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. 2. Job Variety: We offer a variety of positions tailored to different skill sets. If you're more comfortable in a back-office role, we accommodate that. For those who are extroverted and comfortable with customer interaction, there are roles involving calls. However, we do not operate as a traditional call center with mass call handling. 3. Training and Skill Development: As an insurance business our paid training is specific to our industry. While it may seem specialized, it provides valuable knowledge applicable to the insurance sector and beyond. The skills you acquire during our month-long training can be beneficial in your professional journey. 4. Salary and Payment Methods: We understand concerns regarding payment methods. Currently, employees have the option to be paid via stablecoin or PayPal. We also partner with a payment platform linked to J.P. Morgan Bank. While the base salary is in USD, we ensure it is competitive and aligned with local standards, regardless of conversion rates. 5. Sick Leave and PTO: We offer 5 PTO days that can be used for sick leave. We prioritize our employees' well-being and encourage them to take the necessary time to rest and recover. 6. Monitoring for Security: Due to the sensitive nature of the data we handle, we employ security measures such as monitoring work-related information only. This is to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our client's personal information. 7. Career Opportunities and Benefits: We offer salary increases based on tenure, bonuses, wellness allowances, and other benefits. While we understand this may be an entry-level position for some, we strive to provide growth opportunities and a positive work experience for all our employees. We are committed to continuous improvement and appreciate your feedback. We wish you success in your future endeavors and hope you find a role that aligns with your career goals.
