Pros
Remote and paid training are the only good things.
Cons
Lack of communication even though all they say is "Communicate, communicate, communicate". They don't respond to emails often. They communicate over slack and tend to erase messages. Unjustified dismissals. Don't give feedback on faults. Don't have a specific schedule, basically take all your day (8am to 12:30am) for meetings, training, and homework. During the training (4 weeks process) they dismiss you without justification. Dismissal based on personality and participation. Late pay! Monthly pays. They don't provide with equipment, so you pc/laptop is at full disposal for them. Time tracking platform (hubstaff) with screenshots. Keyboard and mouse monitoring (hubstaff). Are very strict in was equipment they want you to use but the salary doesn't compensate. No benefits or legal compensations. Only 5 PTO and AFTER 90 days you have been placed with a client. Management is very unorganized, secretive, passive-agresive and dishonest. After training you have wait from about 2 weeks up to a month to be placed with a client, in the mean time, you don't get paid.
