Poor Leadership

Pros

Good at fulfillment. Average at printing. If you want to work somewhere where things are done right the first time though go some where else. We had a motto internally that said we do it nice because we do it twice. There are good hardworking people here, but the leadership sucks.

Cons

Management and couple that owns the place are disorganized and unfocused. No real plans for progress. Not sure what direction they want to go. As a result, they lay off loyal, long time workers with higher salaries to try to meet the numbers goals. Their incompetence affects the lives of others. Shameful.

Upper management is disorganized and can't choose a path.

Pros

The most amazing people work at Elevate97, and I always had a lot of fun. They also offer generous PTO policy.

Cons

The upper management constantly changes direction and priorities without any real changes being given enough time to develop. Month to month the structure of the company would change. Some middle managers I knew had four different titles in 11 months.

Pros

There are some really great, hard working people that are fun to work with. The customers are also (for the most part) incredibly fun to work with.

Cons

Working harder and taking on more responsibilities doesn't advance you in the company. Seems like they spend tons of money on one thing or another, but don't do a great job of taking care of their employees.
