Pros
There are some really great, hard working people that are fun to work with. The customers are also (for the most part) incredibly fun to work with.
Cons
Working harder and taking on more responsibilities doesn't advance you in the company. Seems like they spend tons of money on one thing or another, but don't do a great job of taking care of their employees.

Everyone here wants to do good work, together. It is amazing how helpful everyone is, even those that are not on my direct team!
