      Nothing. Just don't trust anyone here. Or they'll use it against you.

      Cons

      - Too much politics from Shift Leads to Associate Leads, POC's up to Testers. - They only favor people who are close to them - Jurassic laptops (Most of them are so slow that you hinders you to do your work) - If your looking for growth this is not the company, (QA Process here is non-existent)
