Pros
- Hybrid working model. - Easy commute to office.
Cons
- Outdated documentation because no one has time to update it after enhancements and it is not something emphasized to be done. - English is primarily used in formal settings but expect most to speak mandarin casually. - Turnover rate quite high, people leaving almost every month. - Office in a modern co-working space but has no windows in the office suite due to resources decrease just enough to move into a a smaller suite (Think about it). - Uncompetitive benefits package but fair for an SME.
