      Toxic environment, unpaid wages and low morale

      - remote work is ok

      Cons

      - Never got my final paycheck which was legally owed to me…no explanation given and totally ignored - worked 12 hour days often and still got yelled at by leadership for “not doing enough” - within a couple of weeks, I saw that employee morale was low…everyone is looking for another job - have concerns about high turnover and how terminated employees are treated

      Commissions and bonuses are falsely promised and never paid. Culture of fear with high turnover and weekly firings and resignations No clear leadership or direction creates a tough environment to build successful long term strategy
