Management not only fosters a positive work environment, but is also transparent and trustworthy. People who exhibit hard work, humility, and entrepreneurial spirit will actually advance to new career opportunities (unlike other trading houses which often reward competitive / ego-driven employees, or give empty promises to new hires about career scope). If you make mistakes or are overwhelmed with workload, the team is empathetic and will help where they can. On top of all of this, Elevation is supportive of the green energy transition, which colors internal discussions and keeps things interesting. If you get an offer, I would give Elevation a chance. It is a dynamic and forward-looking company. I think you will be surprised to the upside!
