The relationship between this company and its employees is simply a business transaction . I’ll pay you x dollars per hour. It goes no further than that. They don’t offer any benefits... no retirement plan, very little time off. Very demanding expectations . Health insurance is terrible. . I’ve worked here for over five years and I’ve never seen a single holiday party. Worked there for five years and only get three weeks paid time off each year. That includes vacations and sick time. Most companies offer this amount of time to first year employees, and employees get more time off commensurate with longevity. Not Elite! First year benefits never change. I’d never called out sick once. Worked there for over five years and unexpectedly had to be out for ten days with no pay. This company does not care. This was devastating to my family finances. Looking for another job soon. This company doesn’t deserve me and my level of commitment.
