      Pros

      Support from some coworkers, unfortunately I can't not think of anything else except employment and the fact the paycheck has not bounced yet.

      Cons

      1-Working conditions, dangerous work industry is a known but when your employer doesn't care so much worse. 2- Benifits, or lack there of. We do NOT have any benifits at all like disability insurance, life insurance, retirement, NOTHING. 3- Supervisors, none have anytype of education to speak of, some have multiple felonies, compared employees to slaves, constant threats and general hostility towards employees , cut corners on safety and working conditions, some management have multiple felonies on a government contract

      Pros

      I have worked closely with Elite Contracting Group and people would be lucky to work with the group at ECG. Expectations are clear and consistent among the technicians. They have never had lay offs due to lack of work and consistently bring in repeat business due to their professionalism and holding themselves to a high standard. There is plenty of room for growth and that is proven with their organic promotions into management. It is a privilege to work with people that hold each other accountable and believe in their mission of the company.
