Pros

Positive people in management and that is all and it's because they are manipulating you

Cons

It's a scam, they were limelight management and were called out as scam and renewed the same scam under a new name. They are paid to sell car wax at Costco or Kroger. That is the ONLY job position, but they will have you applying to work for them under click bait names like event management, marketing and event coordinator, promotional super stars, even labor work/ retail/ restaurant/ the list goes on, they will always call you in for an interview the next day and lie to you and tell you the interview process is coming to an end to get you to schedule an interview appointment. You will work Monday through Saturday, and you will not have set hours, they will lie to you over the phone about compensation, the real amount is $400 a week, it is extremely hard for any commission to bypass that amount. The only people making money is the ones who are bringing you in to interview. If you can handle lying, manipulation, & 100 % Sales job, then apply here.

Pros

Some pros were working at elite DFW. I got to meet great people, and many of them have moved on from DFW due to the cons I will list below.

Cons

Cons, there are so many. Do not expect this to be a 9-5 you will be there anywhere from 8 am-9 pm depending on what gas station you will be assigned too. If they sell on the fact that Sams and Krogers are clients, that is true, but you are a roadshow. You are going to be outside at a gas station with about two to three other people. Things seem professional in the beginning. Everyone is wearing a suit and tie. The hiring process as well as tricks you into thinking that you should be thankful for working there, but you come to open your eyes if you happen to work there. You will work 6-7 days a week based on your sales. It is a sales job even though they always try to mask it as an opportunity. They will tell you about the success stories of people becoming owners. Also, there been many owners will get out of the business because it is not the freedom they promised. As well trying to build your team is a nightmare and can take much time, and as well some that try for over a year or two, and they are still there. I would actively recommend looking into DFW. They use to be Lime Light Management. As well if you happen to be there, you see the constant hiring of new people because many works a week and two and do not show up ever again. There is a reason for that. Your first couple of days will not seem bad they take you home by 6 pm. But after a week or two, they aspect you of being at the same level as those they are there for years. As well you will be forced to do morning meetings and also nightly meetings. You can not skip these not endless you have a good reason. There is just so much I could say DFW, but in the short run, I would strongly recommend not to go. You will eventually see the cons for yourself. As well I wouldn't be surprised if five positive reviews come after this post. If you work there, you will be required to post positive job reviews to make it seem more legit but honestly just away and keep applying.

Pyramid scheme

Pros

The people are nice and helpful

Cons

This company is in my opinion a total scam. They have you selling car wax at gas stations to people pumping gas. They have you come in the office in business professional attire and the after a hour of team meeting and pitching each other they then have you change into a polo, black pants, reflective vest, and hat. Which you do away from the office so no one coming into the office sees. In my opinion it’s a bait and switch job. They made it seem like you’d be marketing for NASCAR but in all actuality you’ll be selling car wax at a gas station. Also the pay scale is 100% a pyramid scheme. This company is ALWAYS hiring I’ve seen it on Zip Recruiter for the 6 last months. The turn over rate is high bc they lie to get you in.
