Pros
- a positive environment to work in - flexible schedule - great pay, if you work hard our boss raises your pay without you having to ask - there are free work events and bonding - very understanding if you have to take off, you don’t even have to let him know -you control your income, it is a 1099
Cons
- summers can be hot, so if you do take on the job you must like the heat - you need to be okay with rejection, and not take it personal - there are no benefits, it is a 1099
