      Remote - but being managed by a helicopter boss doesnt make it that much of a pro

      Cons

      Helicopter Boss Management is always talking negative in private chats about their employees Favoritism always for the employees who suck up to management If they dont like you they will let you go asap They are very much hiring overseas to not pay US employees more No Benefits

      nitially, Elite Sedation wasn't my first choice, as I had no prior experience in the field of dental anesthesiology and was considering another company. However, after speaking with one of the partners, my perspective completely changed. That conversation made a strong impression on me, and I'm now genuinely happy with the decision I made. Everyone here has been incredibly welcoming, and even within just a few weeks, I can already see the great opportunities this company has to offer

      I really don't see any cons maybe the scheduling because I have to wake up diiferent time almost everyday. LOL
