      Almost a real job. But just almost: MLM

      Cool people to work with.

      Cons

      This is a sales, commission only, job. With unpaid training. You will be expected to work 13 hrs a day in the rain, snow, freezing whatever. You will be approaching customers at gas pumps and in parking lots doing inspections for cracks to fix. You get paid per crack you fix by filing an insurance claim on site - good luck. The fake management training program/brain washing is useful to an extent. I learned a few things working with these guys. You will need at least 4 weeks worth of expenses covered to be able to succeed at this place. This could be a legit job under the right circumstances. The repair is only supposed to take 10 min. Almost always goes over.

      Good side gig if you want a solid MLM gig.

      Cons

      14 hour work day. No compensation for "training" This is windshield chip repair that's it. Unsteady work.

We believe in teaching everyone from the ground up, this includes sales, administration work, leadership and management.       Pros

      I have definitely enjoyed my time at Elite Solutions. I started out in the marketing side of the business and transferred into the administrative/HR side just recently. There is plenty of upward and lateral growth within this company. It is a very up beat place to work for with music playing every morning! Everyone greets me at the door when I come in. There is always something that I can learn while working here! I really enjoy the morning meetings because it gives me the motivation I need to set the tone for the work day. I always love that I can network with ANYONE in the business. ON TOP OF THAT, I got to travel to California for the first time with my awesome boss!

      Cons

      This job will definitely keep you on your toes so if you are not willing to work then you should not waste your time!
