This is a sales, commission only, job. With unpaid training. You will be expected to work 13 hrs a day in the rain, snow, freezing whatever. You will be approaching customers at gas pumps and in parking lots doing inspections for cracks to fix. You get paid per crack you fix by filing an insurance claim on site - good luck.
The fake management training program/brain washing is useful to an extent. I learned a few things working with these guys.
You will need at least 4 weeks worth of expenses covered to be able to succeed at this place.
This could be a legit job under the right circumstances.
The repair is only supposed to take 10 min. Almost always goes over.
