We are told we are a team and a family, but there is absolutely no support. We are overworked and underpaid with little to no recognition. Contracts state we get paid between 8:30am-5pm but are guilted/told to work outside the timeframe while receiving no compensation. Upper management rewards those who bully to get their way.
During my time at Elite I was exposed to many neat opportunities including travel, company events, and excellent client interactions.
Cons
I have experienced verbal abuse and manipulative tactics to force unpaid overtime, fear of job loss, and racially charged, unethical treatment. I have brought fourth my concerns only to be mocked and criticized. The constant background music played on repeat may give me legitimate PTSD.
