      Elite University After School is a poorly run shady business

      This company is horrible and very unorganized. The leadership is terrible and the owner and boss is does not does what she promise her clients and employees.. Stay away.

      there is nothing good about this place. except when i left and never looked back

      everything. owner of the company is the shadiest most manipulative most unethical person ever. employee turnover is crazy high. treats employees terribly. puts kids in danger with their business practices. seriously, the most unprofessional company ever.

      $12.00/hr Safe neighborhood Near a H.E.B Lots of jump ropes, hula hoops, crafts and activities for the kids Actually: The only really great attribute is 12.00/hr which is and eye opener until you actually realize what you've gotten yourself into.

      Cons

      You only work 2-3 hours. Management is unorganized and lacks communication. The turn over rate of employees is through the roof (you'll have 3 supervisors in 3 weeks). No direction and no real leadership.
