No proper communications with the main officie if you are at the client site for long project or for long time No good management structure. Manager no talk to you till client meeting coming up soon, then asks if you did anything wrong, doesnt ask if you are fine or how is work going or are the clients treating you well No discussion at all for the whole year and then at end of year when performance review is there all imaginary bad points and complains come out. When ask what is complains or you say you will as client when you make mistake, they get scared and say don't talk directly to client, even when I am posted at client location and they every day say I am doing excellent work. No way to have skip level meeting with manager's boss. So whatever manager says is believed, even if it is all lies. He says I don't do good work, and then he has to go and keep client happy, so he is doing his job of client retention but I am not doing mine. The truth is that I am doing good job and he just comes and has quick meeting with client and then pitches more product and staff to the client saying all will work like me. Not good mentality of these salesman who have become managers to handle technical staff.
