Owner has favorite employees and treats others like trash, talks derisively and uses gaslighting tactics when she is upset or stressed, cuts corners and refuses to take criticism, and can be altogether extremely unpleasant to be around. You never know if she is going to rip your head off or not. If she doesn’t like you, regardless of your skill level, she will tell you that you will never be successful and you will fail in the “real world”. However if she likes you, it’s a good job.
