Unfortunately, many individuals—particularly in supervisory or management roles—gatekeep information that is critical to performing your job effectively. Favouritism is evident, with some employees receiving extensive support while others are left with less than the basics. Disparaging remarks about colleagues are often made openly, regardless of who is present. The level of workplace bullying and toxicity is very high. If you care about your wellbeing, it may be best to seek opportunities elsewhere.

Company was good initially where it has projects to work on and always allow constructive feedback
Cons
Laid offs are common and workload is more. There is no transparency now and improper management. Not a place to work for long term as there is no job guarantee
