Overbearing and micromanaging boss, who will tell you to go against your ethics and clinical opinion to advise patients they need certain treatment (overtreatment) for money. They will tell you during your interview that the BEC dental group is not about KPIs and chasing targets but in reality that's all they care about. Will lie to your face about your performance.
