- Wages paid in time. Good benefits. Wages are from average to good. - Possibility to learn a lot about the energy sector - Company rarely fires employees
Cons
- Management and HR does not care to keep talented workers. Almost no wage increase or promotions. - The company has no clear strategy and targets. Everything is micro-management . Management does not want to take any responsibility and look after low importance stuff. - Managers do not care if you are proactive and you take initiatives. They just want your to follow instructions. - Company is creating more and more procedures and (management) committees. It takes too much time to get approvals and an increasing number of time is required to create reports.
