      Pros

      Good support team, flexible working, friendly work mates. Enjoyed my time with Eltek, worked on lots variety of projects. They have a lot of work, sometimes too much but always flexible. Lots of new products to learn due to parent company Delta.

      Cons

      Some remote work can be tiring, lots of changes with internal processes.
