Cons
Sometimes the company goes towards "making easy money", ripping the customers off. The reviews in trustpilot speak for themselves Behaviour from management towards everyone (customers, employees) when the finances are tight ranges from unprofessional (best case) to plainly illegal No clear plan, lack of ideas and strategy from the uppermost level Bottlenecks because of the flat hierarchy, lack of ownership/responsibility among several employees Many people lacking proper qualifications for their jobs, which has an impact on the work of others
