Most of your work will be said to have zero visibility while you are breaking your back for the company. Raises and bonuses will appear inconsistent while those not even breaking a sweat will be getting them consistently. Toxicity: Management are all CEO's pet, yes to everything he says. No matter how hard u work or try, as long as you make a single mistake, it will keep getting highlighted for the rest of your career in this hell. The high turnover rate already highlights this place's toxicity. Gossip: FULL OF GOSSIPS. Workplace discussions often revolve around coworkers rather than work, which can feel unprofessional and childish. Unprofessional: Management is able to just terminate as they please. New policies are implemented whenever they feel like it. The management are full of themselves abusing their power. Treating those below them as slaves, as they sit there order people around with their fat income at the top of the corporate ladder.
