Pros

Looks nice and professional from the outside but there's more than it meets the eye.

Cons

How should i start? Hell of a workplace Favoritism: Career progression appears to depend heavily on visibility with management rather than actual performance. Attending meetings meaning you are doing your job. Those silent introverted workers? Yea goodluck on getting that raise. Most of your work will be said to have zero visibility while you are breaking your back for the company. Raises and bonuses will appear inconsistent while those not even breaking a sweat will be getting them consistently. Toxicity: Management are all CEO's pet, yes to everything he says. No matter how hard u work or try, as long as you make a single mistake, it will keep getting highlighted for the rest of your career in this hell. The high turnover rate already highlights this place's toxicity. Gossip: FULL OF GOSSIPS. Workplace discussions often revolve around coworkers rather than work, which can feel unprofessional and childish. Unprofessional: Management is able to just terminate as they please. New policies are implemented whenever they feel like it. The management are full of themselves abusing their power. Treating those below them as slaves, as they sit there order people around with their fat income at the top of the corporate ladder.

Pros

I don't think there are any benefits to working here.

Cons

- No work-life balance (whoever said the opposite, they not youngsters & used to be corporate slaves) - Bad management - Recent HR very rude, bad system, very slow - Fancy office but only built to satisfy ceo, not employees (like cannot use any other spaces, cannot sit by the window without permission wtf) - Employee is not the core of business (ur not important, money is!) - Located at a very unstrategic place, densed, heavy traffic, no eateries nearby, only a road with many cars (they provide shuttle to the mrt but the driver also stress out) - Cannot do this, cannot do that, cannot wfh unless dying/higher position, must check-in, check-out, like prison. - It feel like the company is doing good stuff, good campaign, good products but once you work here, you see the reality - There are other races but you will not feel diversity - No team bonding, no company activities, just a company trip that benefits some parties (normal staff don't expect much ya) - Also, company trip not free need to pay - High turnover, many come and go easily - Do not be fool by the company looks and the people - Their spa/beauty treatment all trash, lies and force - Other races pls don't go here and use their service because they did not accept other races to be beautician unless u have bright skin and pretty face

Pros

- Nice brand image from the outside, much better than the reality inside. - If you enjoy office politics and gossip, you’ll get plenty of exposure.

Cons

- Management lacks professionalism and emotional maturity. Gossiping, talking behind employees’ backs, and shifting blame appear to be part of the culture. - Very poor decision-making at leadership level. Decisions are time-consuming, frequently changed, and often reversed, resulting in wasted effort, inefficiency, and constant confusion. - Clear favoritism exists within the organization. Opportunities, recognition, accountability, and even flexibility are not applied consistently and often depend on personal relationships rather than performance. - Leadership is inconsistent and ego-driven. Feedback and differing opinions are rarely valued, especially when they challenge existing views. - Employees are blamed for issues they did not cause, and when people resign, they conveniently become the reason for everything that goes wrong. - Leadership avoids accountability and prefers finger-pointing over problem-solving. - Employees’ contributions and hard work are rarely appreciated; mistakes are magnified while efforts go unnoticed. - Extremely rigid and punitive attendance policy - forgetting to clock in or out results in a half-day salary deduction, and forgetting both leads to a full day’s pay being deducted, regardless of actual hours worked. - Benefits are extremely disappointing for a beauty company that markets itself as premium. - Toxic environment disguised as “fast-paced” and “passionate”. - No psychological safety - expect to be talked about instead of talked to.
