I have been with the company for a while and I can say that all of the changes have been for the better. More importantly, employee feedback plays an important role in the decision-making processes. We have a nice client base, and most of our residents trust Embassy Healthcare for its caring and professional attitude.

Cons

We need to keep communication and productivity in mind as the company grows so rapidly.

Working here has been highly rewarding both personally and professionally. My job has given me the chance to work directly with patients and improve my clinical skills. My direct supervisor is easy to work with and made himself available if I had any questions.

Helping clients is one of the best aspects of this job. My experience has been exclusively positive. I'm glad I can work independently and be responsible for the results I produce. My managers are open to listen to new ideas and put them into practice.
