      Great Coworkers & Work Environment

      Pros

      healthy communication & team building, upper management understand how their decisions affect everyone, decisions are made with employees in mind just as much as the credit union members, voice is heard, HR handles situations professionally and with tact, offered several bonus checks during COVID-19 pandemic to make sure we were all taken care of. during wildfires, paid for hotels for employees when they were evacuated, truly cares about employees, very involved with local community wellbeing and education

      the volunteer board of directors is not very diverse at this time, but sounds like they are wanting to improve that
