      401k benefits are great Company culture is positive People are friendly Members come first Education is valued and there are many opportunities

      If you're under the wrong manager, it can be difficult.

      Pros

      Fairly good benefits, good pay and good location.

      Cons

      They are very much not family oriented. Thankless job, no matter how hard you work or what you do outside of your job title. Stuck in the past with thinking you must work in person to be productive. Recommend a different cu such as rivermark to anyone looking at going into this field of career.
