Pros
My coworkers were great, all recent graduates in their first or second job since college. You will learn a lot. Get to work on individual projects and take ownership of the results. Pay is good and benefits are very good.
Cons
They want a lot of hours and without flexibility. Will expect you to work late regularly, often without advance notice, in order to finish something. No overtime. There is also little to no appreciation unless you go completely above and beyond. A sink or swim environment and management doesn't seem to care which.
