Pros
Interesting and fast-paced work. Fantastic group of coworkers as most hires are straight from college, which created a supportive environment in the office. The data analyst role began with a few months of SAS training, which I found very comprehensive and well-planned. I learned a LOT about structuring my work and code. Standards for work are high, which for me is a pro. This is a good place for people who want to work hard and learn.
Cons
High turnover, most people leave after 1-2 years. I found that my coworkers were generally pretty stressed, though I'm sure there's a range. I felt the implicit expectation was to work overtime whenever necessary to make deadlines. The hours that I personally needed to work to keep up with expectations were not sustainable for me. I think the fact that most employees are straight from college feeds into this -- we are still learning boundaries around work and we badly want to please our managers.
