This Job is very rewarding the pay is excellent compared to the competition. I formerly worked for other companies in the same field with a lot of problems from pay being less to never feeling appreciated or even thanked when I went above and beyond. This company is excellent the owners are very forthcoming with information and praise when you do your job as well as anything above the normal. I can take time off to spend with my family and not feel as though I am betraying the company when I ask for the time off. I feel blessed to work for this company and reccomend it highly as a very lucritive and exciting job opportunity.

Functions included interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, customer intervention (Amazon external customer) delivery and technology support, and much more. Nice to work for a Business Owner who genuinely cared for people - unlike much of Corporate America. Emerald displayed solid business ethics and integrity. The owner and fellow Dispatch team took pride in our mission on a daily basis. In this job you interact with a variety of good, hard working people.
