      Pros

      Good people. 3 weeks PTO + 1 floating holiday per year. Benefit is standard.

      Cons

      Company had lots of changing recently. Went from public to private. Couple of re-org and staff changing. Leadership now is pushing for deliveries which may bring more pressure and stress.
