      + some fun events with brokers + DEI many women staff and some POC

      Cons

      - you must know your job on day 1 because everyone is too busy to help or doesnt know how things should be themselves - management is so bad they have no clue about managing people or business and dont seem to try to either - the company cuts people loose with no warning which makes for a very nervous stressful atmosphere especially when good people go - other reviews on here are very negative but also are accurate!

      Theres some good, helpful staff here

      Cons

      Such an unprofessional company lacking skills and experience. CEO surrounded with yes men (only way to get ahead here) and does not accept feedback even though competitors now way ahead. Doesnt care if staff are struggling, overworked and falling behind that just means more $ coming in. No management structure or HR staff just a bunch of unsupported people winging it. 4 more resignations last month no surprise.

      City office near transport links.

      Cons

      Toxic. Managers have no training or experience. Leadership play favorites. Product well behind competition. Incident response just hands off to outside law firms and claims wriggle out of covering losses-expect angry calls from brokers who learn the hard way. Pays well below market rate.
